2. Data and purposes
Contact
If you email or call us, we use the information you provide to respond to and manage your enquiry. Processing is based on your request and, where applicable, steps taken before entering into a contract. An enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising.
Browsing and security
Hosting may generate technical logs, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, server response and browser information. They are used to serve the website, resolve incidents and protect the service, based on the legitimate interest in its operation and security.
Videos and 3D experiences
Videos connect to YouTube when you select the play button. Embedded 3D viewers load directly and may request libraries and resources from external services. These providers receive technical information needed for the connection, including your IP address, and may process other data according to their technology and policies. YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode does not make playback anonymous.
This version does not include registration forms, newsletter subscriptions, job applications, payments or its own analytics or advertising tools.
3. Providers and recipients
The intended hosting provider is Webempresa, which supplies infrastructure on behalf of the owner under the applicable agreement. Email and maintenance providers may also help manage enquiries and the service.
YouTube/Google and distribution services used by external experiences apply their own terms. Read Google’s privacy policy and Webempresa’s privacy information. External services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, depending on their providers and applicable safeguards.
Data may also be disclosed when required by law. Social media and store links take you to those services only when you open them.
4. Retention
We keep enquiries for the time needed to respond and manage follow-up. Where legal obligations or liabilities apply, necessary data will be retained for the applicable periods with restricted access.
Technical logs must be limited to what is needed for security and diagnosis, with periodic rotation and deletion under the hosting configuration. External services apply the periods described in their own policies. This website does not save a consent choice. The atlas remembers locally that you have closed the help; this functional preference stays in your browser until site data is cleared and is not sent to the server.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by emailing info@projectlegado.com or writing to the controller’s address. Specify your request and the information needed to identify it. Further proof of identity will only be requested when necessary.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
6. Further information
Read the information about cookies and external services. The mobile application and application stores may carry out their own processing, described in their respective privacy notices.
